You’re invited to Summit Independent Living’s biggest event of the year!
“Disability Roots” is a celebration of photographer Tom Olin and his work documenting America’s disability rights movement for 40 years.
His photographs have been featured at museums across the country, including the Smithsonian Institution and the National Civil Rights Museum.
Join us for an exhibition of Olin’s work and learn about the disability rights movement from people who were there.
This is an inclusive event, including American Sign Language and audio descriptions. Those interested in setting up a sensory-free option before doors open to the public are welcome to make arrangements with us in advance.
Light refreshments, a cash bar, and a silent auction will also be on hand.
Celebrate this milestone with us!
When: Wednesday, September 18, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Where: Zootown Arts Community Center, 216 W. Main St., Missoula, MT
